MANAGEMENT COMPANY
Station Bay Lodges will be the management company incorporated to specifically provide high quality property management of the properties on behalf of the Station Bay owners.
The company management and staff have been operating in the accommodation business since 2002, some 19 years. We have access to and have operated various marketing platforms such as: Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb and many others including our own websites. In addition we have a skilled marketing team to ensure we optimise the opportunity to the Station Bay owners.
We have access to a team of staff such as housekeepers, landscapers and maintenance personnel, who are employed by our other business Lakes Edge Holiday Park. This will provide the property owners with assurances that their property will be well maintained and professionally managed.
Reporting
Monthly reports will be provided to the property owners, detailing monthly occupancy, bed nights and revenue. This will include a breadown of your income and expenses.
