Rates
Prices are in New Zealand dollars.

Base Rates are for 4 people, additional charge for extra persons. Rates include 15% GST.

Full payment is taken at the time of booking.

Bond

A $250 bond may be taken on the day of check in against the card that you booked with. This is refunded after check out upon inspection of the property. This may take 3 - 5 days to appear in your account.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation prior 14 days of arrival date: free cancellation and full refund provided.

Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price, no refund will be given.

As Tekapo is an alpine environment, please ensure that your travel insurance covers you for unexpected events resulting in last minute cancellations, including adverse weather conditions or COVID related illness. We accept no responsibility for weather conditions, road closures or flight cancellations.

Station Bay Lodges reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions. In this case, a full refund will be given.

Arrival and Departure Times
Station Bay Lodges are private houses, you will have the entire property for your personal use for the dates booked. A keypad code will be sent to you on the day of check in.

Check-in time is from 3pm. Check-out time is 10 am. We will do our very best to accommodate requests for an early check-in or late check-out, but this cannot be guaranteed.

No Smoking Policy
No Smoking in any Station Bay Lodges property.

Liability
Station Bay Lodges accept no responsibility for loss or damage to guest property during the rental period.

You acknowledge that the Station Bay Lodges properties are unsupervised. The Property Manager can be contacted in case of emergencies or to provide assistance.

Additional Charges

Additional charges will be applied if there is damage to the property or any equipment, contents, fixtures or fittings etc.

Obvious indiscriminate mess left in the properties will attract an excess cleaning charge of $100 for any extra cleaning required over and above the ordinary course of cleaning the property. The card that was used when booking will be charged in this case.

You will be notified of such charges within 48 hours of check-out.
